How are you springing into this season? Some sellers jump in with real momentum and take off strong in the Las Vegas housing market, while others ease in slowly and struggle to get the results they were hoping for.

When I talk with homeowners, I focus on how they want to enter the market and what results they hope to achieve. Are you thinking about how you’ll collect your proceeds?
