So the holiday season is coming up, everybody. And I’ll tell you what; I have some surprises for you and a couple of presents. So as far as right now in the real estate market, one of the biggest challenges is selling your property, getting into a new property, or first-time home buying, whatever it might be. Interest rates are high. Payments are high. Affordability is not where you’re comfortable.

Well, I have great news for you. We have partnered up with a handful of lenders out there and also sellers at the same time. What they’re doing is they’re contributing money to help you buy down those interest rates. That’s right—there’s an opportunity out there to lower your interest rate, which lowers your monthly payment, allowing you to get into the house that you really want to move into.

We have also contracted with every new-home builder out there, and we did this specifically because the new-home builders are working with us, specifically with the Richardson group. One is they’re buying down rates right now, and they’re giving money towards closing costs. If that isn’t a Christmas surprise, I don’t know what is. You’re getting everything, including the kitchen sink, for these new-home builders and also clients in a resale market as well. We’re helping people save money.
