One of the best indicators of market activity is the recent surge in rentals. In the past week, we’ve seen 404 lease agreements signed, which suggests that while potential buyers may not be seeking residences right now, they’re actively seeking investment opportunities.
Many may also be setting 2025 goals that include generating income through rental properties. This market is perfect for people looking to purchase investment properties.
