Great opportunities await buyers in the first quarter of 2023.

Happy New Year! 2023 is off to a great start. We’re seeing a ton of movement because rates came down to the 6% range in December. We’ve even seen rates in the 5% range as well. Therefore, here’s my big prediction for 2023: Heading into Q1, we’ll see a decrease in rates. I don’t have a crystal ball, but if you’re preparing to come into the market soon, there will be great opportunities. 

We currently have several homes on the Las Vegas market. We’re working with sellers that are contributing money toward rate buydowns that could get you into the 4% range. Plus, new builders are giving out incentives, like money toward closing costs and rate buydowns. We’re seeing rates in the 4% range with almost every new homebuilder out there.
