Now that it’s the start of a new year, is selling on your mind? I have great news for you. I was checking the numbers this morning, and this is the first time in a while—over the last 6 to 8 months—that we actually saw more houses go under contract than we saw hitting the Las Vegas market.
What does that mean for you as a seller? That means we’re actually starting to lose inventory again versus gaining inventory. So that position has you in a great spot right now. Buyers have fewer options, which positions you for a little bit more power at the end of the day. You can ask for the things that you want that are going to benefit you and your family in getting to your real estate goals for that next property.
